Cancelling Before Shipment

You can cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• The request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first
   
• To cancel, please contact our customer service team via email
   
• If your cancellation request meets the above conditions, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
   

Orders Already Dispatched
 

• Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
   
• However, once the item is delivered, you may choose to initiate a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy
   

Requesting Order Changes
 

• We currently do not support modifications to items or shipping details once the order is confirmed
   
• If you wish to make any changes, you must cancel the original order (if it qualifies) and place a new order with the updated information
